👥 CHARACTER LIMIT:

Your design may include:

• Up to 4 main movie, television, realistic, or live-action characters

OR

• Up to 6 cartoon or animated characters

Realistic characters require significantly more drawing and detail, which is why their limit is lower. Requests exceeding the character limit may require an additional fee and must be discussed before purchasing.

💰 PAYMENT:

The total cost of the Full Custom Exclusive is $350.

• $200 is due upfront to reserve your custom spot and begin the design process.
• The remaining $150 is due once the collection is completed and approved.
• Final high-resolution files will be delivered after the remaining balance has been paid.

🎨 WHAT TO SEND:

After purchasing, please send:

• Your theme or overall design idea
• The characters you would like included
• Preferred colors
• Any wording or quote you would like used
• Reference photos or inspiration
• Important outfits, poses, objects, or details you want included
• Any specific vision you have for the matching files

The more information you provide at the beginning, the easier it will be for me to create exactly what you are envisioning!

⏰ TURNAROUND TIME:

Please allow up to one full month for your complete exclusive collection.

Turnaround begins after I have received all of your design details and reference materials. Your collection may be completed sooner, but please plan for the full turnaround period when purchasing.

Customs require several matching files and detailed artwork, so please do not purchase if you need the design immediately. Rush availability is not guaranteed and may require an additional fee.

✏️ REVISIONS:

This listing includes up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions.

Reasonable revisions include smaller adjustments such as colors, wording, positioning, or minor details.

Completely changing the theme, characters, layout, or original concept after work has started is not considered a minor revision and may require an additional fee.

🔒 EXCLUSIVITY & USAGE:

This collection will be created exclusively for your business.

You may use the completed files to create and sell physical products such as shirts, tumblers, Libby cups, sleeves, and other finished merchandise.

The completed design will not be:

• Sold to another customer
• Added to my design drives
• Released as a single design
• Included in a future bundle
• Shared with other businesses

Digital files may not be shared, traded, gifted, uploaded to groups or drives, or resold in digital form.

Exclusive ownership does not grant permission to claim the artwork as your own creation or remove CrazystageArtCreations as the original artist.

• This is a digital product. No physical items will be shipped.
• Custom work cannot begin until all requested information is received.
• Please check spelling, names, dates, and wording carefully before approving your final design.
• Colors may vary slightly between screens, printers, inks, and materials.
• No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once design work has begun.
• The final balance must be paid before unwatermarked, high-resolution files are delivered.
